Free site from the UK. Includes activities designed for the interactive whiteboard many of which can be used independently by students. The activities are mainly in the area of literacy and numeracy covering grades K-2. (Warning: mild UK accent)
Kerpoof Teachers register for free then register their students. Students can only see the work of other students in their class.

1st Grade
First grade spent most of the year working in subscription websites; My Skills Tutor (math fact practice), RAZ-Kids (leveled reading), Learning (computer skills). This year we had our first venture into using Discovery Science lessons.
First grade students opened this file from a shared drive, saved it to theirH drives then changed each word to the appropriate color and enlarged the font to 36.
Students researched their topic for their "All About" book and created a drawing in Pixie2 to accompany the book. These drawings were also exported as .jpg files and used to create a class video on Animoto.
Students drew the images in Pixie2, exported as .jpgs, opened in Photostory3 and recorded the narration. (Note, the file is .wmv)
